MY STORY

HELLO FRIENDS!

I'm Brittany. I'm a photographer located in Franklin, TN. A little about me- I am first and foremost, a mommy. My daughter has 100% been the inspiration for everything that I do. I have a wonderful husband, Houston, who supports me in all my crazy endeavors. And I DO mean crazy.

I was a hairsylist/barber for 11 years before making the leap to do photography full time. I have worked on a lot of music video/photo sets, which is very helpful when I need to fix someone's hair blowing in the wind. Ha!

Most of my time is spent with my baby girl but I LOVE thrifting with a passion. I'm a shopper by nature, and it's just one of those "I am who I am" situations.. Much to the chagrin of Houston!;)

I started taking photos of my daughter (because who isn't obsessed with their kid) and eventually decided a few years ago to purchase a big girl camera! This snowballed and quickly became "my thing".

I am overjoyed to use photography as my creative outlet.

Walking away from my career was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but I have prayed and prayed over this. I prayed to have clarity to make the next step in my life, whatever that would look like. I firmly believe that I am right where I need to be. I also believe that God brings people into your life for a reason, and truly value every single person I have the pleasure of working with. Photos are memories to me, and I treasure them for myself & for you.
